At Whyte Candle Co., every product is handcrafted with exceptional care using premium ingredients and thoughtfully selected fragrances. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, products must be:
Unused and in their original condition
Unburned (candles)
Unopened (room sprays, cleaning products, and other sealed items)
Returned in their original packaging whenever possible
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used:
Burned or used candles
Opened Room & Linen Sprays
Opened Mop Soap
Opened Laundry Detergent
Used Wax Melts
Gift Cards
Customized or personalized products
Clearance or Final Sale merchandise
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our studio. If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the product
Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Once reviewed, we’ll promptly provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We only offer direct exchanges at our store.
If you’d like a different fragrance or product, simply return your eligible unused item for a refund (if it meets our return requirements) and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning products due to:
Ordering the wrong item
Changing their mind
Personal fragrance preference
Any reason unrelated to damage or our error
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the return is the result of our mistake or a damaged item, Whyte Candle Co. will cover all return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow:
2–3 business days for inspection
5–7 business days for your financial institution to post the refund
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Choosing fragrance online can be challenging, and we want every customer to enjoy their purchase.
If your first order doesn’t meet your expectations, we encourage you to contact us. While opened products generally cannot be returned, we’ll gladly review each situation individually and work toward a fair resolution whenever possible.
